Enhanced Gummies & Jellies 2026

Enhanced Gummies & Jellies is a 3.5-day course dedicated to the manufacturing of gummy confections. The course features lectures by industry experts covering topics such as sweeteners, hydrocolloids, processing, finishing, molding, drying, enhancements, colors, flavors, interactions, shelf-life, and regulatory considerations. Additionally, there are three hands-on labs to help you apply what you’ve learned in the lectures. The 2026 Enhanced Gummies & Jellies course will run from May 12-15.

The course fee is $2695, which will not be due at registration. After the class is filled, you will receive a confirmation email with a separate link to pay via credit card.
